WHO REALLY IS TO BE BLAMED

Its very tragic and horrific  to see a teenage girl's dignity violated to the maximum on the roads. Its a shameful    act which needs immediate judicial attention. The accused should be tried and sentenced in a way to set an example for the future.

The moral state of this country is hitting an all time low is not a new thing and it amuses me to see people wearing the "disgraceful look" at the happening. Whats more surprising is media's tears about the tragedy. Is this a new thing that's happening in this holy land? No.Its one in the million that suddenly got an immediate attention- thanks to the man who filmed to see to that the crime happen and evidence is preserved. The onlookers are busy with accounts of adventure and the girls plight in the tragic hour.

This writer wants to address the grave lapses in the entire chaos. 

THE FACTS: As per the TV and news paper reports there was a birthday party in a bar given by the victim's friends. There developed a quarrel between the friends over the bill. The bar manager whisked away the "TEENAGERS" from the bar. The quarrel between the friends continued on the roads. And slowly a mob approached and the incident slowly assumed alarming proportions with the friends running away leaving the girl (victim) alone. And then the shameful atrocity happened. 


WITHOUT ANY DOUBT THE MOB SHOULD BE CAUGHT AND PUNISHED SEVERELY. 


How ever I want stern punishment to three other  groups in this connection.

THE FIRST GROUP:

The Government......

Whats the minimum age of a girl to be let into a bar?
How a state licensed bar allowed teenagers(that too school going) into the bar?

Is the government of the view that there's no harm in a teenager celebrating a birthday party in a pub?

THE SECOND GROUP

      The Media and the public .....

Is the media ignoring the very fact that the girl is in a pub?
Why the issue of teenagers permitted into pub is marginalized?

Is there no urgency in addressing this "Trivial issue"?

Whats the role of other friends in this entire disaster?

 How can we support the argument of the journo that he is recording for evidence?  

And why we share when our sympathies and concern when we cannot extend a helping hand in the need of the hour?

THE THIRD GROUP

       The Parents............. 

How come a parent of a sixteen year old allow their daughter to such a party?

What kind of grooming is this?

Is this mindlessness a new type of parenting?

Are the parents aware of the party?

I don't understand whats happening. Answers remain elusive and this is really the darkest hour of the country with the notion of freedom changing every second. The goons should be punished. 

but what about the people very much responsible in the same way?
